Prior to the 2020 global pandemic, cybersecurity was a hot topic especially for the government regarding compliance. Businesses were also underway with implementing security standards, security policies and security controls. More people were moving forward with a secure mindset and realized this cybersecurity "technology thing" is something we all must practice.
 
Since the pandemic I've noticed that governments and companies focus on practicing and learning good security techniques. I’ve also noticed individuals and communities are seeking to incorporate good cybersecurity hygiene for their organizations. Gone are the days of thinking: ...I'm too small for hackers to touch me.
 
Since being in the cybersecurity career field, I've come to realize, that leaders in cybersecurity ought to help others understand how to practice good cybersecurity. This book will be one of a series that focuses on cybersecurity hygiene and technology.
